- You select an online
RSVP form from a number of stylish alternatives and indicate what
information you are interested in collecting from your guests (number
of attendees, names, addresses, dinner preferences, song requests
etc.).
- We set up your online
RSVP form with the questions you want to ask your guests and host your
form on our web server. The internet address to your online form is
unique to your wedding.
- You include the
internet address of your online form in your wedding invitations and
ask guests to go to the online form to RSVP. Or, if you have a wedding
website, you can create a link directly to the online form.
- Your guests receive
their invitation by mail, go to your online RSVP form, enter their
information and click submit to send their information to a database
dedicated to your wedding.
- You
can now access, sort, print and download a guest list, and answers to
your questions, from your database using any computer with an internet
connection.
