1. Do I have to install software, have any technical skills or programming knowledge to use the Eplyweddings.com?
No, we have designed the service to run on the Eply Services server, which means you do not have to purchase or install software, make any changes to your system or do any programming. The only thing you need is a connection to the internet so you can view your guest list and other wedding information.
2. How do I access my guest list and information?
You log in to the Eplyweddings.com web site and enter the Wedding ID and password we assign to you. Try the demo to see how this works.
3. What if some of my guests do not have access to the internet?
If a guest does not have internet access, they can contact you by phone, fax or mail and you can enter their information directly into the database dedicated to your wedding.
4. Which geographical areas do you serve?
Because our service is provided over the internet we can serve clients anywhere in the world, as long as they have access to the internet.
5. Is the information in your database secure?
Keeping your guest list information secure is our top priority. Only the bride and groom or wedding planners are given passwords to access collected guest information and we adhere to a strict privacy policy.

Eply Services guarantees that all information submitted during the reply process is held in confidence and will not be disclosed by Eply Services to any party other than our client requesting the information.
